We travel locally to areas such as North Lakes, Redcliffe, Ipswich, Logan, Caboolture etc and can fly or drive to meet with those living further away. By law in Queensland the fees charged by any ‘no win, no fee’ law firm cannot exceed 50% of the total settlement. We do everything we can to minimise fees and get what’s possible covered by the insurer. As a result, our typical fees are far less than 50%.
